How secure is the Find My Area data?

The comma-separated values (CSV) file you upload and the results file generated for you are transferred over a secure internet connection. We do not keep the original file. The results file with area columns added is kept for seven days from generation, after which we permanently delete it.

The results file can be accessed by anyone with whom you choose to share the link, with no extra security.

We recommend that you do not use the "Find my area" tool with personal or sensitive data.
